The world is watching us.... Who will it we elect tomorrow? Will we
choose to end the war in Iraq responsibly or to keep hanging on to it
while letting more of America's sons and daughters die and borrow more
money from China to "rebuild" Iraq? Will we embrace the way of the
future and invest in putting in an infrastructure of clean, virtually
free energy sources, or will we continue on the road to drilling life
on Earth as we know it into extinction? Will we remember in the voting
booth that our children are our future and help them afford college, or
will we rather put a "spending freeze" on education?

This is a
remarkable election. During the primaries, I pointed out Barack Obama
to Eric and said, "You are looking at the next president of the United
States of America". I have one day left to find out if I was right. I
feel an enormous sense of pride to be able to vote and elect one of the
most influential figures in the world.

Let's choose intellect over hotheadedness.
